# Nexus 6 Reproducible Builds

Use:

```bash
nexus build --reproducible --receipt
```

For hosted builds this enables a fixed `SOURCE_DATE_EPOCH`, path-remapping compiler flags, and build-id suppression on supported Linux linkers. A `NexusBuildReceipt/1` JSON file records the Nexus version, compiler identity, build key and artifact SHA-256.

Reproducibility claims are scoped to the same Nexus/compiler/dependency/target/toolchain inputs. Cross-toolchain byte identity is not implied.
