The mission
Frames exists to explore what a modern general-purpose computing platform can look like when the kernel, language, application model, recovery system, developer tools and user experience are designed as one coordinated stack.
The engineering rule
Ambition does not replace evidence. Features move from design to implementation to reproducible build, runtime proof, stress/fault testing and certification before they are promoted as working capabilities.
