Frames reaches its integrated GUI desktop milestone

Frames 0.9.62 v72-r1 closes the current integrated GUI desktop certification milestone under QEMU/OVMF and moves the next validation target to controlled physical hardware boot.

Frames began with boot, kernel, userspace, storage and certification because the project is intended to own the systems foundation it presents to users.

The 0.9.51 through 0.9.62 train adds the native graphical surface, window manager, input routing, shell, GUI applications and desktop polish needed for the first integrated Frames desktop. The project now moves toward controlled physical GUI boot while Nexus SDK 6.10.0, HelixFS and the broader platform continue in parallel. Frames 1.0 remains not promoted.
